How do I check the Delivery Status?

Inspire Clothing are delivered through reputed courier partners. To track your order Got to track Order Page please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

Do you have article customization?

Yes, we have customization

How much time do you take to ship internationally?

It normally takes us 8-10 working days to deliver international orders.

Refund?

Chanda Fashion does not offer a “cash refund “when the customer cancels the order, before Inspire Clothing starts processing the shipment. or if an article is found to be defective during Quality Control and being the only piece available, gets removed from the order.

Order Cancellation:

Customer may cancel the order at any time before the order has been processed. Inspire Clothing has the right to cancel orders for reasons such as - item is out of stock, pricing errors, article found as defective in quality control.

What could be the reasons of delayed delivery of my order?

Timely delivery is subject to availability of stocks and payment authorizations. In certain cases, we might request for some form of payment verification or source in order to process the order.

How shall I make a Payment?

Can I make payment in cash?

Yes. our Cash on Delivery (COD) service enables you to do that.

 

Do you have a Size Chart?

Yes. Size charts are included in our all product pages.

Can I cancel my order after Confirmation?

At this moment, we do not provide this option. Once an order is confirmed, it goes to the warehouse for dispatch

we does not offer a return on purchased items. A refund occurs in the unlikely situation where a defective or an incorrect item is received by the customer. A refund will be processed only if the item sent back to Inspire Clothing is not damaged by the buyer and has not been used.
